Dr. LeAnn Fritz, PhD is passionate about helping you turn this all around. Although she has formal education in exercise physiology, clinical nutrition, and natural medicine, her real gift is putting it all together, understanding how every area of your life impacts every other area of your life.
Dr. LeAnn is a practitioner, coach, speaker, consultant, and the founder of New Hope Health. She is also the author of The Quantum Weight Loss Blueprint, and Get Healthy Now. She is laser-focused on practical, evidence-based practices to empower her clients to get real results that last. She sets the bar when it comes to radiant health that will change every area of your life forevermore.Â
Jess Massoth, Administrative Assistant/Wellness Coordinator
Jess is Dr. LeAnn’s Administrative Assistant/Wellness Coordinator. She plays an essential role on the team by caring for clients, offering ongoing support, answering any questions, and facilitating communication within the clinic. Jess loves gardening, canning, painting, mushroom hunting and picking flowers.  She also loves to spend time with husband (Ty), 2 labs (Odis and Kona) and her cat (Loki).  At New Hope Health, she is passionate about helping clients get results…that always puts a smile on her face!
